Pro res HQ to DVD

I have a 20 minute self contained movie in Pro Res HQ and I am using compressor to compress to a M2V file with no audio. I already compressed that to AC3. After 20 minutes, it says it will take 332 hours to compress. Anyone have any idea of what is going on?

FCP 6.0.2, MBPro Core duo 2 gigs of ram, 4 disk raid zero, esata. 10.4.11 everything up to date. My setting in compressor was custom 1 pass 6.5 avg.
