DVD Studio Pro- works in DVD Player- not in computer

Hi friends,

I am having an odd issue that I can't figure out. When I burn my DVD, the project design (Menu 1 with buttons that point to chapters in one the one media file) works fine in a regular DVD player but the menu buttons don't respond when I try to navigate using a computer. The Menu with audio comes up perfectly, the buttons are there, but when I roll over one of them they ALL highlight but nothing happens. None of the buttons activate any part of the movie.

When in DVD SP (4.2.1), the simulator works perfectly as well.

Any suggestions?

I think you may have created a button or a drop zone which encompasses that entire area. Since playing a DVD on a computer gives you the additional option of navigating using the mouse, when your mouse passes over a button which covers up the rest of the buttons, you can't select the ones underneath. By contrast, you're using arrow buttons on a DVD player's remote control, which scrolls through the buttons one by one.

I'd go back into the project and choose "Show Button Outline and Name". Check your button layouts.
