Won't preview disc or build n burn

First time I have EVER had this problem:

All done and ready to preview the disc and it won't let me. I can preview individual tracks and they all jump to where they are supposed to. But i can't preview the whole disc. Also the Build Disc and Build and Format commands on the drop down are grayed out...

any thoughts?

i had a track that was empty. I was going to fill it on the next version of the burn. I guess that you can not have empty tracks and try to preview the disc or build n burn....

thanks for head scratching that I'm sure was going on.

You can usually spot these kind of problems by the italics in the name of the asset or marker.
