Re-syncing sound in DVD studio Pro

My audio is about 2 frames late in all my DVDs. I have no idea why.

In DVD studio Pro, does anyone know how to shift the PICTURE forward by two frames in the tracks window. Can't find it anywhere in the manual.

Or possibly snip two frames off the start of the sound.

I hate the FCS manual.

Hope someone can help

Harry

Is the audio out of sync when you play your tracks in DVDSpro? And was it in-sync when you made your mpegs and audio files?

[EDITED] I just posted how to change the audio start time when I noticed you said VIDEO. Shoot, sorry man. No way I know of to slip the video track forward, it's locked at 000000. I suppose you could try exporting a 2-frame slug from FCP and dropping that in front of your video on the same track?

HTH,
JK

Thanks very much for both your replies.

I was going to do this on Monday morning which is why I didn't reply to you sooner.

But I guess I'll just have to go back to square one and compress both video and audio 2 frames out of sync.

What a pain.

Many thanks for your reply.

Harry.
