Solved Issue with Strobing 1080 footage

1) In FCP if the footage chunks along in the viewer the pan is too fast for 24p
2) Both Roxio Toast 9 HD and DVD Studio Pro for some mysterious reason do not
support 1080p 24 in HDDVD
3) On my LCD projector you have to trick the playback of 1080p (even though these
DVD "authoring programs" output in awful 1080i; by using the HDMI output AND
forcing the display mode to 24p ONLY.
4) In Component Mode on the LCD; you have to select AUTO which kicks the
playback on the HD-A30 into 1080i and the temporal strobing starts!

Now to be fair; this is one project we are doing for a client and it has to be HDDVD;
but I have already bought a Blue-Ray player and I pray that Roxio outputs 1080p
DVDs (I don't believe it does)

-this all makes scripting in 3ds MAXscript seem like a cakewalk!


Which Mac Authoring software will allow me to do 1080p?
