Moving entire subtitle track up 3 seconds - is this poss? not one by one

My client has changed the original movie length by 3 seconds. All of my Italian subtitles are now 3 seconds early from the original. All the subtitles were done in DVDSPRO as separate titles on a single track. I have not found a way to grab all of the subtitle clips (ala most timeline-based programs like FCP) and simply move them up 3 seconds. It seems the only option is to do this one by one which is insane!!! Anyone with a solution?
