Jumping to a still during video

I know this is possible, but I don't know how to do it or even how to look it up. I am about to shoot a promotional video for a product. The video will be of the product in action. However, the client also wants to include more information (technical stuff- too boring for the video). What I want to do is during the video have a button pop up and when you hit enter, it jumps to a slide. I have seen this done on many dvds where during a scene, the button pops up and it jumps to the making of that scene. Can someone tell me how to do this or what it is called so I can look it up in the manual?

Look up Buttons Over Video (BOV). You'll want to jump to a Menu and then Resume if you want playback to continue in your Track from where the User left, otherwise just End Jump to the nearest Chapter,
