DVD Build/Encoding NOT Working.

I'm trying to burn my final to DVD but it isn't working.
I click 'build', choose my destination for my DVD-build folder. Create the folder and begin the encoding. The encoding never moves and remains on '0% complete' and never moves from there.

Any one ever encounter this? It's the first time I see this.

What am I doing wrong? What can I do to fix it?

Review the Encode log and post any messages here. There may be clues as to what is happening and where/when.
