web links

So I built a DVD(for computers only) that contained a web-link on the main menu. Now, I knew that pc users would have to install a small app, which is included in the burn by DSP, but come to find out that this little app will not work on Vista or Windows 7. This was using DSP 4.0.3 & OS X 10.4.11....does anyone know if the updated versions "fix" this problem? Having to install an app to open a web-link seems pretty ridiculous & annoying, but I figured I'd see it through. Thanks for any suggestions!

The software has not been upgraded for years, and as far as I know is not under development and won't be further developed. It is what it is - flaky, unreliable and incompatible with vast numbers of PCs... and on Macs it isn't always perfect either. Avoid it - there are other ways to get your viewers to go to a web browser than trying (and failing) to get @ccess to run.
