DVD SP 4 + Toast 10 - An Optimal Workflow?

I have been searching for the best workflow to get the highest possible quality dvd produced from Final Cut Studio and Toast 10. So far the tentative workflow I have ended up on is this:

-Export QT File from FCP
-Transcode QT File to M2V in Compressor
-Create DVD/Video TS Folder in DVD Studio
-Burn the DVD using Toast 10

Here are a few questions:

Is this an optimal workflow?
Is compressor the best for transoding?
Is DVD SP 4 the best for building the Video TS Folder?
Is Toast the best for burning discs?


Any tips, recommendations etc. for getting the highest quality DVD produced, using the aforementioned software or other mac compatible software?
