Incorrect Disc error

FC DVD Studio Pro 4.2.2

We just upgraded our FC Studio, & my DVD Studio settings got changed. I can simulate & burn the disc, but when I try playing it in a DVD player, I get an "Incorrect Disc" error. I checked, & the region settings are correct. Any thoughts? tia.
