Yes, but not at all advisable - there are better ways...
What you do is add them all to a single track, and add chapter markers between each clip. You then create ten stories and add a single chapter marker to each, setting the menu call and end jump for each story appropriately.
When you want to play the single clip, point your menu button to a story. When you want to play all of the clips without interruption, point your menu button to the track itself (or chapter 1).
OR
add an end jump to each chapter marker so that it goes back to the correct menu when it has completed, and then add a single story and put all chapter markers into it. Playing all of the clips will need you to point your menu button to the single story container and not a chapter marker.
The second method will give you exactly the same result for less work, and has the benefit of keeping the track information in the DVD player window, which the first version won't.
