Settings For Full Screen 16:9 SD Playback

I shot and edited a 1920x1080P HD video, exporting a QuickTime movie from Final Cut Pro 7 with the same settings.
I have DVD Studio Pro 4 and I want to burn an SD DVD that will fill an entire 16:9 tv screen when played back on a standard consumer DVD player. I'm not sure about the DVDSP project settings to accomplish this. Any ideas or help?

All DVDs in NTSC are 720x480. Widescreen is accomplished by stretching the 720x480 video horizontally. For the best results, I would only feed DVD SP 720x480 anamorphic video. DVD SP doesn't resize video properly. As long as, you have the 16x9 flag set on the track, the resulting DVD will be 16x9.
