.psd/motion question?

Ok, I imported a .psd into motion and animated it. But, after ward I needed to change the PS graphic just slightly, so I went to PS and edited the .psd file there and I made sure everything was in the EXACT place and all the layers and file name were the same. But, when I opened up my project in Motion it moved all the layers to the bottom middle of the screen!!!! Why does it do that? Please help.

I just tried to recreate your issue & could not do it.

I imported a 20 layer Photoshop comp, animated it all & saved it. I changed a layer in Photoshop and saved. I reopened Motion - just that layer updated / everything was in the same place with the same animation - no problems.

BTW: You never mentioned what version of Motion you were using.

Well, I don't know what was going on, so I just remade all the graphix and stuck them in the right place instead of editing them and it worked. Pfffttt, whatever....

BTW, I'm using Motion 2
