Crumbling Text

ok imagine a tinted pane of glass that you have cut the words "break up" out of. then imagine taking a small hammer and taping the letter ' b' till cracks appear across the phrase and then it just falls into pieces( falling off the screen).

Q. can this illusion be done with motion 2 and if so how?

I think you can modify one of Special Case's line replicator tutorials for the crack, and his Pain tutorial for the crumbling...
