alpha

how so I save an animation from motion with an alpha. I am new to this and don't know how to bring it into fcp with an alpha

what i have done is. when I go to export I tell it to export lossless + alpha
as an animation and that doesn't work

please help under a deadline

Your method should work - double check that your background opacity is set to 0 in Edit>Project Properties. But, you don't need to export anything - just bring the project file itself into FCP, you'll have the alpha.
