Scroll credits

I have posted this question in the FCP forum as well.
When I create text to scroll using motion I find it is soft and outputs slightly jerky and partially pixelated. I've tried everything I can think of, like deinterlacing in FCP etc, but I'm getting nowhere. Bottom line is I don't have profesional looking sharp smooth text scrolling up the screen. What am I doing wrong?

You are viewing the output on an LCD screen and not a production monitor. The caching in your computer can cause this, but watching the output on a true production monitor will tell for sure.
