enhance grainy video

i've had to zoom right into a video clip, and so the quality of the video is now very grainy and the colour is all washed out.
is there a way in motion to make the colour look more 'solid' or 'glossy' and rduce the grain?

When you zoom into a frame, you are focusing on fewer and fewer pixels of color information. You might play around with color correction tools, but fewer pixels are hard to fix.
