HELP! No one can solve this...

Desperate. Motion won't show footage in viewer. Apple Care can't figure this out and no one seems to have answers. I am willing to pay cash for a solution. Does anyone have experience in this? The application was working fine for months, and suddenly it won't show footage. I can still use pre-built elements FROM motion (pyro, bubbles), but even they are acting wierd, stuttering. I cannot create anything IN motion from quicktimes anymore. I am on a deadline and need support. Anyone?
