Problem with Motion Live Font

I am trying to use a Live Font (freehand) in Motion with a transparent background to place over a clip in FCP. The Live Font in FCP will act as a title under picture to look as if someone is writing the subject's name under their image. I have applied an outline on the Live Font that is a different color than the text. However, the outline does not apply throughout the entire text. Although, the main issue is that specs of the outline color show up above the text. Any thoughts. Thanks.
