How to 2D match move in Motion 4 (or AE?) tutorials?

I shot an individual on a green screen with a simple pan and tilt (no zoom or dolly strictly 2 D stuff) on and I need to match it with static picture as a background plate. In other words when I pan from the feet to the head of the individual I need the background plate to go from the floor to the wall and then left and right. The question is can I do that by ONLY using Motion 4 After effects and do you know where I can find a tutorial?
