Hi!

I wonder if we can to acelerate/decelerate clips in Motion 2.

You can change the frame rate by selecting the object in the media tab of the project pane and then going to the media tab of the inspector. And you can use the Scrub filter apply speed changes by keyframing the filter. But really your best shot is to make speed changes in another app like FCP or AE.

Speed changes do not look good in Motion or FCP, IMHO. If I need super-smooth slomo, I go out to an Avid Media Composer to take advantage of the Avid's FluidMotionª technology which morphs between pixels to create new media where there is none. Pretty spectacular stuff.

If you want to do some "time remapping" (variably - keyframing speeds), After Effects 6.5 Pro is the way to go.
