HP commercials

Is this the place to ask 'how' techniques are created? Anybody know who is doing the cool HP photo commercials? I thought the 'picture frame' technique was great (still not sure how its done) but tonight I saw a new one where you are looking at a photo then suddenly 2 of the kids in the pic start talking. Is there a web site to explain motion/animation tricks like this in a "how-to" tutoring fashion? Since they are HP commercials, I don't guess any Mac's or Motion apps were used were there??
If Kevin M. is reading, "hey man I bought your book on FCP, great stuff. You got one coming out for Motion?"

Thanks,
Rick

This effect can be created After Effects Pro (shooting the Actors with the white frames, of course).

That FCP version is very sloppy...tracking moving all around...and there's no reflections. It's AE's 3D Camera & Light that gives the effect life. And that's not exactly a spot...that's one single effect. If you're not interested in realism, this is one way to go.
