JPG Photo's in Motion

I come across this problem occasionally in Motion. I have a folder with about 50 jpg's that I want to animate in Motion. When I go to the location of the files, the only thing that the browser shows is a single file with an "@" as a name. If I click the play button on the preview window, it shows me all of the photo's in half a second.

I have tried renaming and resizing the files and they are still not being recognized.

Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Using: MBP, FCS 2

This is because Motion thinks its a image sequence, there is a little button at the bottom of the file browser near the add new folder button that looks like a series of squares, click this and it will uncollapse the image sequence and should reveal all your stills
