Master Templates Font Problems?

So we've made some Master Templates for use in our FCP editing, but when our editors open these projects, it seems to pick a different font from the font family we use. IE, we use Helvetica Neue 85 lets say, another editor opens the the FCP project to export, then FCP loads Heletica Neue 60 and then of course we're screwed and cant export since its the wrong font? This happens again and again...

Any idea on how to peg FCS to use that specified font? When we started, we installed the same font package on all machines and its staying within that font family but this has to be consistent? If we cant get this to work we're gonna have to abandon Master Templates in general which would be a shame since its a great asset, we just need reliability first.

You may have some font corruption - have you tried opening FontBook, validating your fonts, and removing duplicates?

yeah we've been looking into the FontBook issue right now, trying to split up the font family into different unique families of their own. Hope it works out, thanks for the response Mark, as always...
