Can't see the Library or Inspector Menu's in Motion

For some time know I have not been able to send sequences from Final Cut to Motion 3.0. It will just freeze at the opening of Motion. I also noticed when I open Motion, I can not get view to show the inspector or library. The timeline and project pane work though. All software up to date.

OS: 10.4.11
Power PC 2 GB
RAM 2 GB DDR SDRAM
