Export is Blurry!

OK, so of course as im getting these ready for final assembly, Motion starts blurring my export. But only on my replicator!

Basically i have a lot of high res stills that i made into a sequence, replicated them all out into a line and panned across, then zoomed in on the main one. Everything worked like a charm but now, all of sudden, when i zoom into the image, it looks like its a draft resolution export, but only on my replicator!

My export settings are ProRes HQ, Motion Blur on, everything else off, Render Quality to Best. Background is solid white, no alpha. The pic frame size is 1280x1920. Project is 1080p, 8bit. Again, all my initial exports, no problem, now, huge problems, and not much time left.


Any ideas are super appreciated...

Any chance I can get the project with the still from you EXACTLY as you have it set up? We could go back & forth with guessing, but if I can recreate the issue on my machine I can diagnose it faster.
