No inspector and Library when open Motion.

Interesting thing, I did not use Motion for few months(filming i Europe for 4 months) and when i open now ( it is ver 3 upgrade from Studio 2) it doesn't have Inspector and Library , even if I try to open it from Window it doesn't respond. Also some other function are not working like Add Filter Add Behavior. I did make a carbon copy of my main disc, but all other application are working perfectly, but not Motion. All version that I have are licensed and bought from Apple. Any clue or suggestion what to do?

1) Quit Motion.
2) Navigate to User/Library/Preferences.
3) Locate com.apple.motion.plist and delete it.
