Looking for a good tutorial series

I am looking for a good Motion tutorial series. I have two discs of Absolute Training's Motion, but they don't go very deep.

What I'm likely to use Motion for would be mostly for animating text and doing simple logo animations. I'm looking for something that is a bit more practical for what I'm wanting to do, but also something that isn't only simple or really short.

I want something more in depth than the Absolute Training ones I have (Vol. 6 - Titling Effects in Apple Motion, and Vol. 7 - Special Effects and Abstract Graphics in Apple Motion).

I would try Lynda.com they have a very good usage series on Motion 3&4. They have some techniques but that only makes up about 25% of the training on the site.

FXPHD is much more pricier but more techniques than Lynda.
