Echo filter

Hi,

I am animating a title in Motion (following a tutorial here: [www.rippletraining.com]) and as shown in the tutorial I applied an Echo filter to the title. When I apply the effect the echo sits off to the lower left of the text rather than behind it as it is in the video. No matter what I try I can't replicate what they are doing in this video.

Any ideas on how to change the position of the echo?

I am using a Macbook Pro w/ Intell Core 2 Duo processor, 253 GHz, 4GB ram and OS 10.5.8.

Try placing the Echo filter on the group containing the text, and set the group to fixed resolution (Group tab of the Inspector)

That did it. Thanks!
