Animating across 3 screens

Animating across 3 screens

What is the best way to approach this (in PAL 25fps):

I need to do a 3 screen project. Each screen is 1920x1080. Backgrounds, text and graphics elements need to animate across the screens. For example, at some points they share the same background, or text animates from left to right, or a mask animates across all 3 etc.

If it were SD, I could image setting up a 2160x576 project, and then crop out each screen and playout to separate files in a new project for each screen. HD however means 5760x1080 = way too large for Motion to handle.

I'm stuck for a solution. Any suggestions?

Good luck with that res!
We completed a three-screen project for a museum with three
projectors.

I wanted to go (800x600)x 3 screens 2400x600
but FCP complained about this res
I ended up masking left, centre, right in FCP
with the sequence set to 2048x512 and upressing the ProRes
after the fact.
