Motion settings to work with FCP

Hello, All:

I'm still trying to figure out all these durn settings. I'm creating a Motion project that will be imported into FCP as an opening title sequence.

The footage was ingested into FCP through log and transfer and the sequence settings that FCP wants to use to match the footage are the following:

Frame size: 1920x1080
Aspect ratio: HDTV 1080i (16:9) -- don't understand that one since the camera was set for 720p
Pixel aspect ratio: square
Field dominance: none
Compressor: apple pro res 422
Audio: 48 khz
dept: 16-bit

This was shot on a Panasonic HMC150 onto an SD card.

What kind of setting should I be using in Motion so that it's compatible with what I've got in FCP? And how the heck did I end up with 1081i when the camera was set to 720p?
