Snazzing up a title

Hi, I made a simple title in Motion, one line of text that fades in from left.

Is there a filter in Motion where I can give it a kind of shimmer effect, with a little sparkle or glint at the end, something like you'd see in a soap commercial or something. Or is this something that After Effects is required for.

And if I could emboss the text to give it that 3D look, that would be good too.
