Unable to import Motion file from DVDSP

I tried researching this problem to no avail. My DVDSP manual says I can import Motion files directly into DVDSP. The message I get is: Import Assets: "incompatible format".

I have DVDSP 4.0.3v & Motion 2.0.1v.

DVDSP presets: SD DVD, NTSC, Aspect Ratio: 4:3, Drop Frame, Two Pass VBR, Bit Rate 5.0 Mbps, Max Bit Rate 8.0 Mbps, Motion Estimation: Best

Motion project is 16 sec's duration using still pictures, Text Behaviors & particle emitters, etc, and music.

I can get it into DVDSP using QT movie, but I thought I would try to import it directly. Wouldn't this be beneficial for my quality?

What am I doing wrong?

I'm using a Mac G5, 2.7 GHz, 6.5 G memory, 41GB left of 233 GB on Main Drive (from which I was experimenting with this file), but using another drive w/ 185 GB out of 372 GB for my project.

Motion QT files, you can import into DVDSP. Not the Motion file itself. There is no quality difference.

I thought I would try it since the manual says I can import Motion files directly into DVDSP. So now I won't waste my time.
