Can I use flowmotion to replace a black frame?

Can I use flowmotion to replace a black frame? I have Motion 4, it is a Red One Show and theres this 1 black frame in the middle of a take like some flag dipped or a hand passed over the lens. It is a single frame though. Is there some way to get flowmotion to create a new frame between the two. Doubling up one frame seems to make something look a little snaggy.
