Motion 4 Text Tab does Not Load. Apple ProKit 6 ?

OSX 10.6.4
2.8 Quad Core
4 Gb RAM

FCP 7.0.3
Motion 4.0.3


When I click on the Text tab in the Inspector it doesn't load. It highlights as if it's selected but no info. I found this problem on other forums and it was solved by Apple ProKit. But now ProKit 6 is no longer available and ProKit 7 says it's only works with 10.6.6. I have 10.6.4. Do I need to Upgrade my OS to get this text tab functional? Is ProKit 6 available anywhere?

Upgraded OS to 10.6.8. Seemed like the thing to do. When I tried to install ProKit 7 it said there was no need cause I had something even newer. Text tab is working.
