creating audio file project with a split clip

I am fixing audio on an interview clip that I have split in order to cut out some pauses (the video is covered with B-roll). I send one of the split clips to STP and fix a noise problem. How can I get the changes I make to that one clip to be applied to the entire grouping of "split audio clips".
