Nope - Not anymore! Since Final Cut Studio appeared, Apple has put the kibosh on selling individual apps. For a while, you could still find a reseller who had the boxed copy but that stopped over a year ago.
Only solution now is to use the Apple crossgrade to somehow buy the FC Studio for a song.

Do you have any of the Pro Video applications at home? Owning FCP or DVD Studio or Motion can enable you to get the entire Studio for $199.00, which was about the price of STP alone.

No such luck. I never generated the need to have the licenses at home because work and the crusher video systems were only 9 minutes away.
I can bore everyone to tears with PC oriented tools which kind of misses the point.
I'll get time on the machines. It will just take a little longer.
