Can you export MP3 out of Soundtrack?

Yes. Look at the Export options when you choose "Export". It's in the manual.

I don't see it. I went to the manual and this is what I found:

":You can save a project to any of the audio file formats listed in ?Supported Audio File
Formats? on page 144, except MP3 and AAC."
