Recovering mix info after a crash?

Ugh... Before I throw my hands up in despair and begin my mix again, I thought I'd ask around here and see if STP 2 has any kind of auto-save vault?

I'm a complete amateur with the multi-track mixing programs, and I've fumbled through in a reasonably decent manner for a first timer. Then my program crashed and I lost several hours of laborious mixing and sound effect replacement.

As a video editor/FCP guy, I'm used to having an archive where my old cuts get auto-saved in case of emergency like this. Is there an similar feature in STP? Is there an auto-save feature? Or do I have to dust off the "push command-S every five minutes" skill?
