Error "Uncaught Exception"

Final Cut Studio 1 ran fine, after upgrading to Studio 2, when I open Soundtrack Pro, and and throw my WAV files on the tracks it says Unexpected Error Uncaught Exception. Any help will be great.

Final Cut and everything else works fine. I'm working on a G5 2GH Dual, with Tiger 10.4.11
