Has The 'Convert to Loop' Feature been withdrawn from the clip menu on STP in FCS2?

I cant believe the 'convert to loop' feature of the menu 'clip' doesnt appear anymore in the version of STP included in the FCS2 package???

Can anyone tell me if that overall important to me function still exists somewhere?

I'm desperate.

Please dont tell me it has been deleted from STP.

Page 188 of the manual says it's still there. I don't see it in the menu but it may well be context related.

It seems Apple really did remove this and the manual is wrong. You'd think they update the manual!!

This means you must use the Apple Loop Utility.

That is what I was afraid of.

Apple Loops is useless as it is just meant to tag clips, not to convert them into actual loops!

You cant believe the threat I live in at the moment trying to downdate to a real version of STP.
