One track from FCP to STP

I've never really used Soundtrack Pro before and have what is probably a very basic question that I can't seem to figure out. I have 6 tracks of audio in my FCP project and want to take one track and do some noise reduction work on it. It is not a continuous track but has a number of breaks on it but I would want the same noise reduction on the entire track. How do I export one track only and will STP allow me to do noise reduction on the entire track even though it is in several segments?
