Soundtrack Pro 2.0.2 plugin help (vocal leveling)

Hi, I am using STP 2 for a project and I am having a little trouble
getting the desired result.

Would someone be willing to work with me on some plugin settings?

I have a little girl and her vocals are all over the place.
I can not re-record them so I have to work with what I have.

I need the increase the amplitude on the lows and greatly reduce the
highs to level this out. Been playing with it for a week and I am not happy.

Any suggestions?

Just use a compressor. That's what a compressor does, it reduces dynamic range.
