FCP --> STP Nested Sequences aren't showing up

I have a sequence that has two nested sequences, each about a minute long. When I select the main sequence and send it to STP as a STMP the audio for the nested sequences is gone. It doesn't matter if the audio channels are on the same track as other audio clips or on their own tracks. Am I doing something wrong or does STP not accept Nested Sequences?
