Soundtrack Pro: Time Ramp on a Audio File, how i do this?

Hello, sorry for my bad english, i write you from germany.
i hope you`ll help me

I got a clock ticking which i want to get a time ramp on it.
it should start in slow tempo and till the end to the audio file it should be
in high tempo.

how can i get this?

FCP + Soundtrack Pro didn`t do this??

Which application can help me change my audiofile in time from low to high
rhythm of the ticking in a ramp?
i tried it with Tempo Keyframes in the master channel in Soundtrack Pro, but the Audio file plays always the same speed...

i need help

I read that a plug in can do this work for me, but i can`t find it on the web. What`s the name of this plug in? or which software can do it?
