Soundtrack Help...

I'm trying to send individual clips to soundtrack pro to edit.
I have a 10min short, and half the clips will send "STP audio file project"
But, the other half of the clips are not high-lighted to send.
Only "STP multitrack project" is available.
I know this has been discussed before, but can't find any solutions.
I have also played around with linking and unlinking the audio from
the video to see if it will make a difference. NO LUCK.

Any suggestions?? I need this done by monday....
