Transpose non tagged clip?

I have a clip where a person starts to sing a song in an interview and I want to shift the pitch of their voice so as to match the key of the actual song as I cross fade from one to another ~~

Can I get this done through transpose even if it is a non-tagged clip?

If not transpose... any other ways in STP to help this person sound great!?

Go to Process>effects>miscellaneous>Pitch shifter II. Play around 'till you have a match. You will need to do this in an audio file project as opposed to a multitrack project, where that option is greyed out.
