Easy speed change question

I'm new to using STP and simply want to change the speed of an audio track which I have imported into STP. It seems like it should be easy - so easy I can't even find anything in the manual. I'm not sure how to do it. Under "Clip" there is a menu item "speed" but the submenu is grayed out. Please help a novice. Thanks.

Speed in audio is not the same as video.

You can use the TimeStretch Tools in the Audio Editor but there is no "speed" tool like in FCP.

Okay, I'll see what I can do with TimeStretch. Thanks. I'm curious as to the function of the "Speed" menu item under "Clip" - does anyone know?

That only works for loops.
