FCP to Soundtrack export

I'm having trouble exdporting an FCPsequence to Soundtrack Pro for editing. I select all clips, export to Soundtrack Pro, but when opened in SP, the audio is out of order, some audio not even in the sequence (only in the entire video fiel itself) is there.

Is there any fix to this? Even when I individually try to edit a piece of audio it opens the entire file it's contained in, not the selection in the sequence.

edit: I should add it's a multitrack export, with 4 tracks of audio, two dual mono channels of 2 tracks.
